This program isn't just about managing your stress and anxiety; it's about completely transforming your relationship with your body, mind and emotions. Through weekly coaching sessions, check-ins, and email/text support, you'll acquire practical skills and insights. You'll learn simple exercises and concepts to help empower you to embrace a life marked by clear and unwavering resilience. 

Available to all genders and adults of any age regardless of

physical ability.

What a Coaching Program Entails:

  • Plan and Assessment:

    • We'll begin with a thorough assessment of your current stressors, lifestyle, and overall well-being. This helps me create a personalized plan that aligns with your goals.

  • Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques:

    • You'll learn practical mindfulness exercises, relaxation techniques, and breathwork practices to bring relief to the body and mind.

  • Emotional Resilience:

    • Together, we'll delve into emotional intelligence and resilience-building strategies, helping you navigate challenging emotions with grace and clarity.

  • Stress Identification:

    • We'll gain insights into identifying and managing stressors in your life, both big and small, and develop effective strategies to reframe negative thought loops as well as calming the nervous system. If the chronic stress mainly stems from grief, we will focus on body-held emotions and memories in order to help process and release

  • Holistic Lifestyle Integration:

    • We will work together to create an integrated holistic routine into your daily life, fostering balance and a sense of purpose.

  • Conscious Connection:

    • For those seeking a spiritual component, we'll explore techniques to connect with your inner self and find solace and strength in your spiritual beliefs.

  • Ongoing Support:

    • Throughout the program, you'll receive continuous support and accountability through weekly 1.5-hour coaching sessions, consistent WhatsApp support, and weekly check-ins. As well as 50% off all workshops and events during the time period of working together.

1:1 Clarity Journaling Session (1.5hrs)

A 1:1 Clarity Journaling Session is a deeply personal and therapeutic exploration of your thoughts, emotions, and intentions. It's a guided space for you to connect with your inner self, gain clarity on your life's path, and nurture your mental and emotional well-being. During this session, we will use "parts work" to better understand yourself as a whole. Available online or in person.

This session is particularly excellent for those who struggle with self-sabotage, procrastination or self-care.
